Important tips and tricks you should know.

Fingerprinting 101

Here are some helpful tips for a smooth fingerprinting process:

  • Bring a valid ID: A government-issued ID is required for identity verification, so make sure to have it with you.
  • No worries about missing digits: If you’re missing any fingers, it won’t affect the process.
  • Be patient with electronic fingerprinting: Occasionally, the process may take longer than expected, but don’t worry—this is completely normal, and we’ve accounted for it in our scheduling.
  • Quick processing: Our goal is to transmit your fingerprints the same day to ensure the fastest possible processing. You’ll receive a TCN number and a link to track the status of your transmission.
  • Your referrals matter: Referrals are a vital part of growing our small business. If you’re happy with our service, sharing your experience with others helps us connect with more people in the community—thank you for your support!

Notary

To ensure your notary service is valid, you must provide an unexpired license. If your license has expired, a valid passport can also be accepted.

Should you require a witness, please inform the notary prior to scheduling your appointment. In some instances, the notary may serve as a witness if needed.

For mortgage loan document signings, notify your notary in advance. These documents must be handled exclusively by a certified notary signing agent.

Real Estate

Did you know that Florida has the highest number of real estate agents per capita? The competition is fierce. But here's the thing: not every agent is a Realtor®, and not every agent is a great one.

What sets a great agent apart is patience, a commitment to education, and the ability to set and meet realistic expectations. That’s the difference between being just another agent and being one you can trust.
